Administrative registration

Start of the campaign : Tuesday, July 7, through Friday, July 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., subject to high school graduation exam results
Summer Break : From Friday, July 17, at 5:00 p.m. to Thursday, August 20, at 9:00 a.m.
Second Campaign : Thursday, August 20, through Friday, September 11, 2026 (Parcoursup applications: Please refer to the registration deadline indicated on the platform)

You must be registered at the University. You must register online by submitting supporting documents on a dedicated platform. Your application will be examined from late August to mid-September.

Language placement tests 

These tests are mandatory for first-year LEA and LLCER students. They are used to place you in the appropriate level group.
LLCER students must take a test in their language(s) of enrollment, and LEA students must take the test in both languages (English + Language B) by Wednesday, September 2.

Forum of cross-disciplinary elective courses (ETC)

ETCs are non-specialist courses that cover all UGA disciplines and give students an insight into fields other than their own. They are included in the curriculum and are compulsory.
