You are currently enrolled, or have been enrolled, at the UFR SoCLE atUniversité Grenoble Alpes. Have you decided to enroll at another university for the 2026–2027 academic year? You must submit a request to transfer your academic records, which will be sent to your new institution during the 2025–2026 academic year.

As soon as you are accepted at the university of your choiceIf you are interested in a transfer, please submit a transfer request file containing the following documents: As a reminder, a request to transfer a file does not mean that you have been accepted by a university; you must have applied to the institution beforehand.

Attention

This transfer will only be made once to a single establishment. Please send the application form and supporting documents to :
UGA / UFR SoCLE
Stendhal P Building / Office P111 / Ms. Monique Vallet
1361 rue des résidences
38400 Saint-Martin-d'Hères
or by mail : monique.vallet@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr

Applications for transfer out of the university by LEA or LLCER students for the 2026–2027 academic year will be accepted starting in mid-June 2026, after the release of the first-session grades.

Arrival transfer

You have been accepted into a program at the UFR SoCLE for the 2026–2027 academic year and are coming from another French university (regardless of your degree level—bachelor’s or master’s—and whether you completed your studies in the year immediately preceding 2026–2027 or an earlier year).

Once you have completed your administrative registration with the UGA starting in early July 2026, you can fill out the UGA "Inbound" Transfer Document, have it signed by Monique Vallet (monique.vallet@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr) and send it to your home university, which will then forward your academic file directly to us.

As a reminder, your request for a transfer can only be made if you have applied for and been admitted to a course at UFR SoCLE (e-candidat, Parcoursup, DAP, etc).
