The application campaign takes place ONLY once a year, from mid-October to the end of November, for mobility the following year (N+1).

Visit application calendar indicates the educational, administrative and financial steps to be taken the year before your departure.
To find out the exact dates and deadlines, you should always check your student e-mail address, the sign in front of office P009 and check your LEO Intranet regularly.
Any application received after the given date or incomplete will not be considered. NO derogation possible.
You must complete the form online from the MoveON platform (indicative online period: mid-October to mid-November), then bring it to office P009 (along with all the supporting documents requested and in the order listed).
Valence branch students can send their application by post. Applications must be postmarked.
Once the application has been received by the International Relations Department, a confirmation e-mail is sent.

As a reminder, in order to take part in international exchanges, you must comply with the following requirements departure conditionst listed by UGA's Central Office for International Relations (= DGD RI).

As a reminder is not authorized interrupt or extend your mobility (unless you have a medical certificate).
