Application calendar

Visit application calendar indicates the educational, administrative and financial steps to be taken the year before your departure.
To find out the exact dates and deadlines, you should always check your student email, the notice posted in office P101, and check your LEO intranet regularly.

Any application received after the given date or incomplete will not be considered. NO derogation possible.

Application form

You must gather a number of documents to complete your application.

You must complete the online form on the MoveON platform (estimated availability: during the first academic semester of the current year), then bring it to office P101 (along with all the required supporting documents, in the order listed).

Valence branch students can send their application by post. Applications must be postmarked.
Once the application has been received by the International Relations Department, a confirmation e-mail is sent.

Mobility calendar

As a reminder, in order to take part in international exchanges, you must comply with the following requirements departure conditionst listed by UGA's Central Office for International Relations (= DGD RI).

As a reminder is not authorized interrupt or extend your mobility (unless you have a medical certificate).
