Once all your supporting documents have been submitted on the dedicated platform and validated by the schooling department, you will receive a QR Code on the Campus UGA application that will enable you to retrieve your student card independently.
Download the Campus UGA application from your smartphone store. The QR Code will then be scanned on the terminal from Monday September 2.
As the QR Code is dependent on the transmission and validation of supporting documents, we invite you to transmit all requested documents as soon as possible.
Please note: this is not the same QR code as the one issued by Parcoursup following your admission confirmation.
The QR code must then be scanned at the terminal located in :
Stendhal building, South Hall, in front of lecture hall 8
1491 rue des résidences
38400 Saint-Martin-d'Hères
The stickers for the current academic year, used to update student ID cards, are no longer issued by the UGA.
If you need proof of enrollment, you can present your enrollment certificate, which is available at any time on your LEO account or via the Campus UGA app.
