Transcripts / Certificate of achievement / Diploma

At the end of your mobility, you will be required to complete the transcription procedures.
If you don't follow these instructions, we won't be able to issue your transcripts. simplified and certificates of achievement from the UFR SoCLE, and you will therefore not be able to validate the current year, nor finalize your registrations for year N+1 (re-enrolment/master's application etc...).

On the other hand, thegraduation is not part of the UFR SoCLE. 
You can consult all the procedures for collect your diploma on the UGA website.
 

Master application

During your mobility, and depending on your plans for year N+1, you will be asked to attach your transcripts for the current year. However, you will not be able to do this, as the UFR's simplified transcripts will be issued after the application deadlines.
You will need to contact International Relations Department of the UFR to request a mobility certificate. This document can be attached to your application.
 

Transcript translation

The UFR does not translate transcripts, but you can find lots of information on the UGA website.
