As a reminder, third-year undergraduate students participating in an international exchange program during the 2025–2026 academic year should not apply online for a master’s program. until they have their L3 resultsbut the registration department must be informed.
Please note: if you have applied on Parcoursup for a re-orientation in LEA or LLCER (L1 or L1 beginner) and you were already a student at UGA, you must register on the re-registration link.

Second Registration Campaign

• L1: Thursday, August 20 through Friday, September 11, 2026 (Parcoursup applications: Please refer to the registration deadline indicated on the platform)
• L2, L3: Thursday, August 20 through Wednesday, September 30, 2026
• M1: Thursday, August 20 through Wednesday, September 30, 2026

Preparation for the CAPES and Agrégation Exams in Languages 

You must send us your application by September 10 at the latest.
Tuition for the program is equal to the national tuition rate for a bachelor’s degree program for CAPES preparation, or €178, and the national tuition rate for a master’s degree program, or €255, for agrégation preparation.
In order for us to process their registration, students in the initial training program must also have paid the CVEC fee (105 euros) in advance and provide us with proof of payment.

Campus France students/ DAP (applications for prior admission)

On-site registration begins Monday, September 2, 2026, at the Stendhal Building, Room P.
To do this, you will need: the completed registration form and the required supporting documents, which you will receive by email in early July if you have confirmed your attendance.
We do not accept cash or money orders; payment of your registration fees can be made either by credit card (please note that our terminal does not accept contactless payments) or by check payable to the UGA Accounting Officer.

Continuing education

Students with “continuing education” status or those returning to school after a two-year hiatus cannot complete their registration online. You must follow these instructions:

1. I have been admitted to the program I applied for, or I am re-enrolling after my 2025–2026 academic year has been approved
2. I would like to contact the Continuing Education Department Manager at fc-socle@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr so that she can issue my registration authorization.
3. I will be reporting to Building P at Stendhal from September 2, 2026, to September 23, 2026, with my completed registration form, the required supporting documents, and my registration authorization in paper format. For those required to pay registration fees, please bring a form of payment (credit card or check).

Please note that on the day of your visit, registration will not be processed if any documents are missing or if the registration fee has not been paid.
