Call for applications: support for student mobility, October 2026 campaign
Call for Applications
October 1, 2026 – November 11, 2026
Planning a mobility project in France or abroad? The H3S Faculty can support you!
The H3S School is launching its campaign to support student mobility from October 1, 2026, to November 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., for departures between January 1, 2027, and April 30, 2027.
A second promotion will run from February 1, 2027, to March 11, 2027, for trips with departure and return dates between April 1, 2027, and September 30, 2027.
This program allows students to carry out academic and professional projects outside their usual settings:
Complete an internship (outside of UGA laboratories)
Take a specialized training course
Attend a conference or seminar
Conduct research (in archives, field surveys)
Eligibility requirements:
Target audience: third-year undergraduate (L3), first-year master’s (M1), and second-year master’s (M2) students in the ARSH, INSPE, LLASIC, Medicine, Pharmacy, SHS, SoCLE, and STAPS programs.
Location: The mobility program must take place abroad or outside the Grenoble metropolitan area served by the SEMITAG and Chronobus networks.
Scope: Traditional study-abroad programs (Erasmus exchanges, academic exchange programs) are not covered by this program.
Feedback:
Upon your return, you will be required to write a debriefing report detailing the benefits of this experience, the challenges encountered, and whether the objectives were achieved.
Application Screening:
Applications are reviewed by evaluators selected from among the members of the H3S Faculty Executive Committee. They issue recommendations, which are then communicated to the students.
