Transfer departure

You are, or have been, enrolled at the UFR SoCLE ofUniversité Grenoble Alpes. Would you like to enroll at another university in 2025-2026? You need to request a transfer of your administrative file, which will be sent to the university where you registered in 2024-2025.

As soon as you are accepted at the university of your choiceIf you are interested in a transfer, please submit a transfer request file containing the following documents:
  • Departure" transfer request form
  • Quitus from the library
  • Training acceptance certificate for 2025-2026
  • Transcript of grades for 2024-2025 (if you were enrolled at UFR SoCLE the previous year)
As a reminder, a request to transfer a file does not mean that you have been accepted by a university; you must have applied to the institution beforehand.

This transfer will only be made once to a single establishment. Please send the application form and supporting documents to :

Applications for transferring LEA or LLCER students from one university to another for the 2025-2026 academic year must be submitted from mid-June 2025, after publication of the 1st session results.

Arrival transfer

You have been accepted into a UFR SoCLE course in 2025-2026 and you come from another French university (whatever your level, Bachelor's or Master's, whether the year immediately preceding 2025-2026 or an earlier year).

Once you have completed your administrative registration at UGA from the beginning of July 2025, you can complete the arrival" transfer document of the UGA, have it endorsed by Monique Vallet (monique.vallet@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr) and send it to your home university, which will then forward your academic file directly to us.

As a reminder, your request for a transfer can only be made if you have applied for and been admitted to a course at UFR SoCLE (e-candidat, Parcoursup, DAP, etc).
