Workshop with students taking part in this year's short story competition on the theme of Espace(s) to graphically illustrate their own short stories.
As part of the 2024 short story competition, based on the theme "SPACE(S)", 10 of the student volunteers who took part in the short story competition were offered a place at the linocut workshop by the SoCLE library.
The aim was for them to illustrate their short story graphically, in a fun and artistic way. Putting their personal interpretations of the subject into form and images to take their creative approach even further, and accompany their text in a comprehensive way.
Students leave with their work, a copy of which will be presented by the library. These final works will be the subject of a small exhibition to showcase their work in relation to the imposed theme and echo the exhibition on the same theme organized by the library.
