As part of two semesters of courses focusing on theater and theatrical practices, L2 LLCER Italian students were able to discover a contemporary Italian play, "Pupo di zucchero", by Emma Dante, as well as a major Grenoble cultural institution such as the MC2, sometimes for the first time.
After acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to take a critical look at theatrical productions, through practical workshops, play enactments and excerpt analyses, they were able to fully appreciate the show, adopting an enlightened spectator attitude.
After the show, the group were able to analyze the performance and formulate an informed aesthetic judgment, through reflection and debate.
The students were able to familiarize themselves with the idea of a cultural outing and come into contact with the artistic reality of the country whose language and culture they are studying in their immediate environment, while at the same time becoming aware of the cultural skills that their training brings.
