There are various scholarships available to study abroad, either as part of an exchange program or as an internship.
They are all managed by the Pôle Bourses Mobilité. For Master's degree internships and International Partnership Diplomas, deposits are made with the school administrators.
Grants are available to students selected in advance by UGA.
These grants do not cover the full cost of mobility, and will be paid out after the mobility period has begun.
Please note! Erasmus+ student status is not the same as the Erasmus+ grant, so the grant is not awarded systematically. A selection may be made if the financial envelope allocated to UGA is not sufficient to cover all mobility.
A student can benefit from a maximum of 12 months' Erasmus+ grant per study cycle (maximum 12 months in a short course + 12 months in a bachelor's degree + 12 months in a master's degree + 12 months in a doctorate). Example: you spent 8 months in Spain in L2, so you'll still have the possibility of 4 months' mobility in L3.
>>> Please note, however, that the possibility of 4 months' study mobility is rare, as the minimum for a semester is generally 5 months (Cf. Calendars of European partner universities).
The counter resets to zero if you wish to study for a Master's degree, and you can once again benefit from a maximum of 12 months' scholarship for this course of study.
Please note > All Erasmus stays are eligible:
Completed in the same course of study.
Carried out as part of an Erasmus internship and/or study program.
Carried out via UGA and/or another establishment.
Whether or not you have received an Erasmus grant.
In the pre-registration file, the student undertakes to respect the deadlines.
Failure to receive the required documents by the specified dates may result in the loss of the scholarship(s).
It is the student's responsibility to report any problems or changes in their situation (moving house, new telephone line, etc.).
