Once your application is complete, you must register withUniversité Grenoble Alpes Alpes. Procedures and periods vary according to your profile.
Administrative registration for 2025-2026 will open at the beginning of July 2025 on the UGA website. Students register directly online and submit the required supporting documents electronically on a platform dedicated to this purpose.
Once you have registered online and submitted your supporting documents to the platform, your file will be examined and will either be validated (complete) or indicated as incomplete (and you will have to return the relevant documents). There are no appointments to make after registration. We strongly advise you to submit your supporting documents as soon as possible after registering online.
Submit supporting documents online
Once you have validated your registration, you will receive a registration confirmation (containing your student number) which includes a list of supporting documents you need to provide in order to finalize your registration. These documents are mandatory and must be submitted in digital format on the appropriate platform.
To access the platform, you'll need your UGA login details, which will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you registered online. Please allow 48 to 72 hours (about 3 days) after validation of your registration for these identifiers to arrive.
If you do not submit the required documents, your file will be considered incomplete and you will be placed on hold. This means you won't have access to your grades, and you won't be able to re-enroll the following year.
Step 1
I have been accepted into a UFR SoCLE course (Parcoursup, E-candidat, DAP, Campus France...) or I would like to re-enroll in 2025-2026.
Step 2
I collect my CVEC attestation(https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/), which is compulsory for my enrolment. The amount of the CVEC is 105€ for 2025-2026, unless I'm on a scholarship‧e or benefit from an exemption.
Step 3
I proceed with my administrative registration.

M2: Wednesday, July 2 to Friday, July 18, 2025 at 5 p.m.
As a reminder, L3 students on international exchange in 2024-2025 do not need to register online for a Master's degree. until they have their L3 resultsbut the registration department must be informed.
Please note: if you have applied on Parcoursup for a re-orientation in LEA or LLCER (L1 or L1 beginner) and you were already a student at UGA, you must register on the re-registration link.

August - September 2025
If you were unable to register during the first registration session, a second campaign is open:
L1: August 20 to September 12, 2025 (Parcoursup applications: refer to the registration deadline indicated by the platform)
Preparation for Agrégations de langues (English, Spanish, Italian)
You must send us your application by September 10 at the latest.
The course registration fee is 243 euros. In order to register, students must also pay the CVEC (103 euros) and provide us with proof of payment.

Campus France students/ DAP (applications for prior admission)
On-site registration from Monday, September 2, 2025, at the following address: Bâtiment Stendhal F - 2ᵉ étage, bureau F205
To do this, you will need :
the completed registration form,
the required supporting documents, which you will receive by e-mail at the beginning of July if you have confirmed your attendance.
No cash payments or money orders are accepted. Payment of your registration fees can be made either by credit card or by cheque made payable to the UGA Accounting Officer.
Continuing education
Students with "continuing education" status cannot register online. Please follow the instructions below:
I have been admitted to the course I applied for or I am re-registering after validating my 2024-2025 year.
I would like to contact the Continuing Education Department Manager at fc-socle@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr so that she can issue my registration authorization.
I will be present from August 25 to September 12, 2025 (Stendhal F building, 2nd floor, room F205) with my completed registration form, the required supporting documents and my paper registration authorization. If you need to pay a registration fee, please bring a means of payment (credit card or cheque).
Please note that on the day of your visit, registration will not be processed if any documents are missing or if the registration fee has not been paid.
