The Spring of Educational Research is back in 2026!
June 3, 2026 – June 4, 2026
Organized by the INSPÉ Network, in partnership with the CNESCO and the CNRS Education Thematic Network, this year’s Printemps de la Recherche en éducation explores the role of artificial intelligence in teacher training and teaching practices by bringing together multiple perspectives
Ethical, societal, and sustainable development issues are at the heart of current debates.
Possible connections between AI and education in areas such as critical thinking, inclusion, development, and metacognition...
Changes in the role and practice of assessment, whether it involves evaluating students, learning outcomes, or teachers’ professional competencies.
The specific characteristics of different groups of teachers in elementary and secondary schools.
The central question regarding the human element: To what extent is AI transforming the role and professional identity of teachers? What role does the teacher retain in a school where technology is playing an increasingly prominent role?
The teaching profession is grappling with questions about its identity and role. AI is now set to transform this profession as well. Le Printemps aims to address these issues in connection with the CNESCO’s international comparative conference.
An international perspective will make it possible to compare approaches and share questions and research on these critical issues.
 On the agenda:
✨ Two in-person sessions will be held on June 3 and 4 at the INSPÉ of the Grenoble School District.
