Historical-artistic exhibition created by students from the Valence LEA bachelor's degree program and performing arts students from the LLASIC UFR, featuring some 30 artistic pieces, texts, drawings, scientific posters, films and an audio-guide.
The preparatory work was carried out between September 2022 and March 2023 and organized as follows:
Several creation sessions for artistic pieces and performances
Two work sessions (documentary research) at the Archives départementales de la Drôme and BU Rodolphe Pesce with LEA/EGL L2 students.
Podcast workshop with a professional speaker + audioguide recording session. Training on copyright, finding royalty-free resources online and using tools like Canva.
Several short-film creation sessions
The exhibition was inaugurated at an event on March 22 featuring :
A day of study
Screening of Performing Arts students' films at the MDE
A show of music, poetry and dance organized by students at the MDE
A free tour of the exhibition in three locations
Visit interdisciplinary work combining history, languages, culture and the performing arts was very rewarding. It highlights the richness of the training courses on the Valence site and the possibilities of an interdisciplinary approach, reinforced by the human scale of the campus.
