Submitting your dissertation after defense

Deposit

As the Master's thesis is an official examination document, students must submit their work in digital format to the UFR library.
The brief can be sent by e-mail to socle-bib@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr or sent directly to the library reception desk on a USB key. It must include an abstract, keywords and a Anti-plagiarism statement . The submission of the brief must be accompanied by a Broadcast authorization signed jointly by the student and the research supervisor after the defense.

Broadcast

It is then possible to disseminate the dissertation in order to enhance its value by giving it greater access and visibility. To do this, the student and the dissertation director must sign an authorization form.
Only dissertations with a mark of 14/20 or higher and which have been defended may be published on the Dumas database. Dissertations published on Dumas are then freely accessible in full text.

Useful information for writing your memoir

Students should always refer to their teachers' instructions.
To make formatting easier, a template is available in .doc (Word) and .odt (OpenOffice) formats. The dissertation must include an abstract, keywords and an anti-plagiarism statement.
