The academic calendar for the coming year will be sent to you by e-mail before your arrival, and you will receive more detailed information during your orientation (August and January), but the most important dates for your year abroad in our Department are as follows:
IMPORTANT > No late arrivals are allowed for exchange students. The Welcome meetings are MANDATORY.
Orientation week (arrival in August and in January)
The back-to-school program will be sent to students once they have been selected.
This program lists the various compulsory meetings and activities organized by the InteGRe student association .
At the welcome meeting, you'll receive your student card and certificate of enrolment.
Full year and 1st-semester exchange students
1st semester courses start in September and finish in December. Examinations are held in December and January. Class and exam attendance is MANDATORY.
First semester transcripts of records will be available in March (not before).
Full year and 2nd-semester exchange students
2nd-semester classes start in January and end in April. Exams take place in May. Class and exam attendance is MANDATORY.
For full year or 2nd semester exchange students, transcripts of records will be available in June (not before).
Re-sit exams
Re-sit exams take place from mid-June. This gives you a second chance to validate the credits you need should you have failed one or more exams during the first or second semester.
